Lynne Carbone & Associates, Inc. (LCA) has been privileged to provide expert enterprise services to NOAA since 1993. The firm has been awarded multiple 5-year BPAs for consulting and facilitation services, including most recently a new NOAA-wide Enterprise BPA from October 2019 - 2024.
