Lynne Carbone is the President of Lynne Carbone & Associates, Inc. (LCA), an organization and management consulting firm, established in 1989 and based in Bethesda, Maryland. With more than 30 years of experience, Ms. Carbone is known for exceeding client expectations and delivering high quality and tangible results with every engagement. She has a proven track record with clients in aerospace, defense, agriculture, environmental monitoring and prediction, natural resource management, health care and an array of professional societies and trade associations. 

LCA’s core mission focuses on turning problems and challenges into opportunities. The firm’s unique approach utilizes customized processes, tools, and technology to promote collaborative problem-solving and consensus-based decisions. Most recognized for its strategic planning process, LCA also provides customized conference and meeting design, facilitation, organization design, team development and executive coaching. 

Following three annual engagements providing strategic and teambuilding services, Lynne was selected as an Honorary Commander for the U.S. Air Force Reserve's 78th Air Refueling Squadron. This award was in recognition for her contribution to advancing the Squadron's strategic mission and team efforts.
