Lynne Carbone & Associates, Inc., (LCA) is an organization and management consulting firm with extensive experience and a proven track record of high performance since established in 1989.  The firm’s offices are located in Bethesda, Maryland.

The firm is best known for providing strategic and execution planning, meeting/conference design and facilitation, organization assessment, change and development, system design, team development, leadership development, executive coaching and customized training.  Since 2012 LCA has also provided client requested technical or specialized services including risk management, labor relations, strategic communications, and science policy and analysis.

To serve federal agencies, LCA is a registered Small Woman-Owned Business and is registered on the GSA MOBIS contract schedule.

Collaboration

¬ Building and maintaining client relationships is foundational to meeting client needs and expectations. Collaboration with the client is an ongoing LCA operating protocol.

¬ Organizations are about people. An organization’s success is highly dependent on how its members interact. We promote and invite collaboration as an underlying principle in our program, process design, and delivery.

Customization

¬ Personal attention and commitment to the individual client is essential.

¬ Each customer is unique − one size does not fit all. Tailoring and applying the right strategies, structures and processes will yield rich results.

Integrity

¬ Nothing should compromise our professional integrity. It is essential to be honest and open with our clients, even if it means saying something that they do not want to hear.

¬ If we do not meet the client’s needs or expectations, the shortfall will be addressed in an open, transparent and constructive way.

Service

¬ We are 100% focused on service and client support. We are committed to service excellence and high customer satisfaction. In the event that we have dissatisfied a client, Lynne Carbone personally provides comparable consulting time to the client to correct the work.

¬ Part of our service is to leave the client “set up for success”. Our meeting results include a guide for next steps and maintaining momentum in the effort.

Results

¬ Results-targeted advance work contributes to a productive meeting and value-added consultant support.

¬ The customer receives a final report within one week of the event. In every case, a LCA report reflects documentation of the meeting deliberations, final decisions and a follow-up action plan.

In 1989, after several years of rewarding federal service, Lynne Carbone set out to bring her wealth of knowledge as a government management analyst to the private sector by founding Lynne Carbone & Associates, Inc.

Rebecca Christoff joined LCA as a Program and Administration Associate in August 2015. Her work at the firm focuses primarily on program design, customized program materials development, data analysis, and on-site computer support.
