LCA as a NOAA Partner
LCA has been privileged to provide expert support to NOAA since 1993. The firm has been awarded multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for consulting and facilitation services over the years and has worked across every Line Office, allowing its consultants to draw on its experience and knowledge of the agency to make informed and impactful connections and solutions.
Working in partnership with NOAA leaders at all levels, LCA fully appreciates the importance and complexity of NOAA missions and has consistently demonstrated capabilities to support mission advancement through services to Line Offices and NOAA corporate levels. The firm’s consultants have deep knowledge of NOAA and bring specific valuable programmatic, policy, legislative, management, scientific, and operational experience and expertise to support BPA requirements.
LCA is proud of its track record in strategic and annual planning, organization assessments, change management, process reengineering, training, leadership and team development, executive coaching and conference/meeting facilitation, communications, and technical and scientific support.
NOAA Fisheries BPA
LCA currently holds a five year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with NOAA FISHERIES (NMFS). The BPA is a Small Business set aside with option years extending out to September 2027. All rates are discounted from LCA’s GSA schedule.
The scope of this contract includes professional facilitation and planning services for both in-person meetings as well as virtual meetings. NMFS also requires facilitation services to assist the agency with implementing a variety of programs managed by the Office of Protected Resources. This includes:
- Pre-Meeting Consultation and Preparation
- Meeting Facility Coordination and Logistics
- Meeting Travel Coordination
- Facilitating Meetings
- Preparing Meeting Summaries
- Planning, managing, and debriefing Team/Workshop Work Groups
- Ongoing coordination with NMFS
