LYNNE CARBONE – PRESIDENT

Lynne Carbone is the founder and President of Lynne Carbone & Associates, Inc., an organization and management consulting firm established in 1993. With over 30 years of experience, Lynne is known for exceeding client expectations and delivering high-quality, energizing, and collaborative experiences resulting in actionable strategic plans.

Her expertise spans industries including aerospace, aviation, defense, agriculture, environmental monitoring and prediction, natural resource management, healthcare, education, energy, and professional societies and associations. LCA’s customized approach emphasizes collaborative problem-solving and consensus-based decision-making.

Ms. Carbone holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from American University and certifications in various team and executive development tools and assessments. In work with the US Air Force Reserve, Lynne received her greatest professional honor when recognized as an Honorary Commander for strategic planning and team development with the 78th Air Force Reserve Squadron at McGuire Air Force Base.

DAVID BIDWELL VICE PRESIDENT, STRATEGY AND OPERATIONS

David Bidwell designs and delivers strategic planning, organizational change, and team development engagements for federal agencies, trade associations, professional societies, and private sector companies. He leads LCA’s data collection, analysis, and reporting functions, ensuring actionable insights for client decision-making.

David is also the author of LCA’s quarterly “Emerging Trends” report, providing key insights into global, national, and industry-specific developments impacting long-term clients.

He earned his MBA from American University and holds certifications in facilitation, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) administration, and I-Nexus strategy execution software. Prior to joining LCA, David was the co-founder and CFO of ReefCam, LLC, providing live HD video streams from coral reefs to clients like National Geographic, Animal Planet, and Oceana.
