Lynne Carbone & Associates, Inc. (LCA) is an organization and management consulting firm with a proven track record of high performance since 1989. Our offices are located in Bethesda, Maryland.
We specialize in strategic and implementation planning, meeting and conference facilitation, organizational assessment and development, change management, team development, leadership development, executive coaching, and customized training.
LCA proudly supports commercial clients across industries such as aerospace and defense, education, conservation and environment, healthcare, and professional associations.
We have also supported NOAA missions for over 25 years, as well as the NIH, USAF, the Smithsonian, USDA, and other federal agencies. LCA is a certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) registered on the GSA Professional Services Schedule.

Strategic & Implementation Planning
A structured two-day session that produces a 3–5 year strategic plan and a 1-year action plan aligned to organizational priorities. Our consensus-driven process guides your team through assessing opportunities, threats, mission, vision, stakeholders, and long-term strategies. Year one action steps are clearly defined with owners, objectives, and deadlines.
Organization Assessment, Development & Change
We provide independent assessments tailored to client needs, using focus groups, interviews, and surveys. Clients receive a comprehensive report evaluating the organization or team’s current state and actionable recommendations for growth and improvement.
